Before Your First Visit
Bring your BC Services Card, a list of medications, and any recent test results. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short intake form.
What to Expect
Your provider will review your health history, discuss your goals, and build a care plan together. Most first visits take 30–45 minutes.
Insurance & Billing
We bill BC MSP directly for covered services. Uninsured services and forms are billed at the time of service.
Prescriptions & Follow-ups
We follow safe prescribing practices for renewals. Follow-up visits can be scheduled online or by phone.
